  The School was established in 1987, with 23 students, 17 males and 6 females. It was absorbed by the Government in 1990. The current population of the school stands at 1,374 with 740 males and 634 females.

  The school was founded on 19th October 1984 in an abandoned cocoa shed, with eleven(11) boys and five(5) girls. It was registered as a Community Private School in 1985 by the Ghana Education Service. In 1991 the school was absorbed into the Public System.
